The Custom Home Process

Constructing a bespoke residence follows our streamlined process:

Initial Consultation

The process starts with a meeting to discuss your vision, must-have features, preferred architectural styles, budget, and timeline. We’ll view potential homesites and provide initial recommendations.

Preliminary House Plans

Next we create initial schematics and floor plans tailored to your needs. Refine the layout and elevations collaboratively until finalized.

Design Development

Select interior finishes like flooring, countertops, lighting and paint colors. Personalize details with tile, hardware, millwork. Add special features.

Permits and Site Prep

We obtain all required permits while clearing and prepping the site for utilities and foundation work.

Foundation and Framing

Foundation is poured and allowed to cure. Lumber framing is constructed per the approved plans.

Exterior Finishes

Roofing, siding, stonework, windows, doors, decks and other exterior materials are installed.

Interior Finishes

Drywall, trim, cabinetry, railings and woodwork finished. Paint, floors, tile and counters added. Fixtures installed.

Final Touches

Landscaping, driveways, walkways completed. Home cleaning and orientation walkthrough with owners.
